Subscriptions are all about LTV and retention. The better you can retain your subscribers, the higher LTV and more predictable revenue.
Juo equips you with multiple features that can help you boost retention: from cancellation flows to loyalty mechanisms to robust Klaviyo integration that can improve your communication with subscribers, making it more personalized.
First of all, make sure you have the Cancellation poll enabled in Juo Settings ▶️ Retention and Acquisition. It's a feature available on all plans.
Juo gives you multiple recovery steps that can be easily adjusted to win back customers who are about to cancel their subscription:
💰 Offer discount: You can offer an additional discount on top of the subscription one to motivate subscribers to stay.
🚚 Change delivery interval: Very often, customers have too much or not enough of your product (okay, it's too much most of the time). Instead of cancelling, offer them the option to adjust their subscription by changing the frequency.
➡️ Skip: Similar to changing the delivery interval — Skip is a shortcut to solving an excess of your product.
🕛 Renew now: Works opposite to the Skip option and lets customers get their products sooner.
🔄 Swap product: If customers are not happy with the product or want to test something else, you can offer the option to swap products to keep them engaged and satisfied.
❔ Ask for reason: This helps you gather more qualitative information and understand why customers are cancelling. It's useful if a customer selects "Other reason".
