To most customers, buying a new subscription feels like an obligation. Even if you offer them a discount, let them cancel at any time, or give a money-back guarantee, they will still think twice before letting you charge them on autopilot.

And there is nothing wrong with that. Let’s face it, your most loyal subscribers often start as repeat customers. These are the people who have tried your product a few times, loved it, and maybe even developed a habit around it.

And that’s where Juo Subscription Intent Detection (SID) enters the chat. It’s an algorithm that analyzes one-time purchase patterns in your customers' order history and identifies those you can turn into subscribers.

Without further ado, let’s get this to work.

Step 1. Enable Klaviyo integration

SID relies heavily on Juo integration with Klaviyo, so let’s start by enabling it. It’s important to do it first, because SID will not send any events that were triggered in the past.

  1. Log In Klaviyo, go to Settings > Account > API Keys.
  2. Click on Create Private API key.
  3. Select Custom Key Access level and give Full Access to API Scopes Events and Profiles.
  4. Click “Create” to save your Private API Key
  5. In your Shopify dashboard, go to Juo Settings > Integrations.
  6. Paste your Private API Key and press “Save”
